You don't know me but I stumbled upon your blog on RQ I think. We adopted 2 kiddos from the Jiangsu province so have been to Nanjing Civil affairs twice. For our first trip we had Michael as our guide. That guy went above and beyond the call of duty for us! Of all our guides, he was the best! Congrats on your new beautiful little family memember.
